Lesson from the past:
My teacher once taught us not to look down upon or talk bad about our own race lest it will reflect on ourselves.
A scene in the present:
A Chinese woman and her English friend were watching a group of Chinese teenagers break dancing by the roadside. After a while, the Chinese woman remarked "Stupid Chinese. Rubbish." Then she saw the English man flashed a giant smile across his face to which she asked "What are you smiling at?" The man replied " Aren't you a Chinese?"
