The above line dance by William Sevone has 2 versions - BLACK AND WHITE and BLACK AND WHITE 2. The former is a beginner version which has two tags while the latter is an intermediate version which has three tags.
Obviously, the dance in the 4th SPLDC list is the beginner version of Black And White.
