WALK, WALK, WALK, KICK, BACK, BACK, BACK, TOUCH
1-4       Along the right diagonal, walk forward on RLR, kick L forward
            ( Raise both hands sideways to above head slowly )
5-8       Walk backward on LRL, touch R beside L
            ( Lower both hands slowly back to position )

WALK, WALK, WALK, KICK, BACK, BACK, BACK, TOUCH
1-4       Along the left diagonal, walk forward on RLR, kick L forward
            ( Raise both hands sideways to above head slowly )
5-8       Walk backward on LRL, touch R beside L
            ( Lower both hands slowly back to position )

RIGHT & LEFT ROLLING VINES WITH TOUCHES
1-4       Right rolling vine on RLR, touch L beside R
5-8       Left rolling vine on LRL, touch R beside L
            ( Raise both palms to shoulder level for these 8 counts )

PADDLE 1/4 TURN LEFT X 4
1-4       Step R forward, paddle 1/4 turn left, step R forward, paddle 1/4 turn left
5-8       Step R forward, paddle 1/4 turn left, step R forward, paddle 1/4 turn left
            ( Make circular movements with both hands above head )

1-2       Rock R back raising right hand to the back, recover onto L

1-2       Rock R to right side stretching hands sideways, recover onto L
3-4       Step R beside L crossing hands and touch shoulders, hold
5-6       Rock L to left side stretching hands sideways, recover onto R
7-8       Step L beside R crossing hands and touch shoulders, hold
SIDE, TOGETHER, SIDE, TOUCH
1-4       Step R to right side, step L beside R, step R to right side, touch L beside R
            ( Make small clockwise circular movements with both hands )
